We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Dispatch to lead and manage dispatch operations at our Butibori facility. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in logistics coordination, dispatch planning, and team management within the tower manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily dispatch operations
Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers/sites
Manage dispatch documentation, challans, and compliance
Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams
Optimize vehicle utilization and reduce freight costs
Monitor loading/unloading processes to prevent damage
Handle transporter coordination and negotiations
Maintain accurate ERP records for dispatch activities
Lead and supervise dispatch team and workforce

Requirements
Any Graduate
Minimum 10 years of experience in dispatch/logistics




At least 5 years in Tower Industry (mandatory)
Solid ERP and computer proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar)
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
Leadership experience in handling teams

Preferred Skills
Exposure to heavy fabrication / steel structures
Strong vendor and transporter network
Knowledge of compliance & logistics documentation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
