Position: Finance Manager

Qualification:
CA Inter cleared (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
3–8 years of relevant experience (depending on the organization)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company's accounting and finance operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
Handle audits and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts.
Develop and implement financial controls and internal processes.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions,



and government authorities.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Advanced Excel.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
