System & Network Administrator (4+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled System & Network Administrator with over 4 years of hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of both network and system environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesL2 Support (Operational / Intermediate Support)

- Monitor network and system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues related to LAN, WAN, Internet, DNS, and DHCP
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Manage user requests, incidents, and service tickets within defined SLAs
- Perform routine system administration tasks (user management, patching, backups)
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support when required

L3 Support (Advanced / Expert-Level Support)

- Diagnose and resolve complex network and system issues with long-term solutions
- Design, implement, and optimize network architecture and system infrastructure
- Work with advanced routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
- Configure and manage VPNs,



firewall rules, and security policies
- Improve system and network performance, scalability, and security posture
- Handle critical incidents and collaborate with vendors or third-party providers
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing)
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Experience in system administration (Windows/Linux environments preferred)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of network and system security practices
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
- Good problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Pay: ₹10,001.20 - ₹40,000.00 per month
