Key Responsibilities

- Develop business with OEMs, machine builders, industrial customers, and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote Linear Motion products, Ball Screws, Actuators, and Motion Control solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal application engineering teams for technical support.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM updates.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Industrial Products, Machine Tools, Bearings, Automation, Motion Control, Power Transmission, or Engineering Components.
- Experience in B2B industrial sales, customer visits, lead generation, quotation follow-up, negotiations, and order closure.
- Experience working with OEMs, Machine Builders, Manufacturing Companies, Distributors, or System Integrators.




- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Basic CRM knowledge preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license with willingness to travel.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience with Japanese companies, MNCs, or reputed engineering organizations.
- Background in Industrial Automation, Bearings, Robotics, Motion Control, Machine Tools, Pneumatics, or Industrial Components.
- Exposure to technical or solution-based selling.
- Experience handling distributor or channel partner sales.
