Roles and Responsibilities:

- Brainstorm with business and stakeholders for business problems and solutions.
- Designing, implementing, coding, testing & documenting new programs.
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures in an effort to streamline and increase efficiency.
- Organising a project team to perform work
- Controlling time management & deliverables
- Establish Regular Meetings
- Managing reports and necessary documentation
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining source code related to various programs.
- Create visual modelling or diagramming of the current and proposed workflows.
- Integrate with enterprise products/systems

Required skills:

- Good knowledge on the Salesforce platform features and tools,



Salesforce Cloud knowledge.
- Solid hands-on experience in Apex programming languages, Apex Trigger, Async Apex processing
- Strong working experience in structured database systems like SOQL
- Experience in LWC, Visualforce and Screen flows
- Good writing and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge in Rest APIs, Standard API’s from Salesforce
- Experience with build tools VS code
- Experience in using Bitbucket, JIRA
- Good working knowledge on front end languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality coding standards.
