Job Summary

We at MACLEC Clean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to operate Sheet and Pipe Bending/Rolling Machines. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to produce components according to technical specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate sheet metal bending, rolling, and pipe bending machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
- Set up machines, adjust parameters, and select appropriate tooling for different jobs.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and dimensional requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating sheet metal bending, rolling, or pipe bending machines.




- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of machine settings, tooling, and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, measuring tapes, and gauges.
- Valuable understanding of workplace safety standards and machine operating procedures.
- Physically fit and able to handle materials and work in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related trade.
- Experience in metal fabrication, structural steel, ducting, tanks, pressure vessels, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

Note: Candidates may be required to undergo a practical machine operation test and skill assessment as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
