We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. Freshers with a passion for the travel industry are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
- Support visa application processing and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Guide clients on travel requirements and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on applications.
- Coordinate with airlines, embassies, and travel partners.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or IATA certification is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with travel booking portals and reservation systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace
