- Understanding of material selection and manufacturing processes
- Ability to prepare BOM, design calculations, and technical documentation
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Coordination with production, procurement, and project teams
- Ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
