Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Do
Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards
Own preparation and review of quarterly letters, flash reports, talking points, fund snapshots and investor templates
Develop, refine and maintain pitchbooks, marketing materials, and content for the Limited Partners Annual Conference
Lead responses for due diligence requests from LPs and consultants, coordinating inputs across multiple teams
Oversee creation and accuracy of Separately Managed Account (SMA) letters
Ensure consistent and accurate information flow between portfolio management, asset management and controllers
Maintain and enhance datasets across valuation metrics, property attributes, financial performance and fund ‑ level trackers
Conduct analysis to identify trends, variances and key performance drivers,



present insights to stakeholders
Manage quality control and workflow allocation for the Analyst; provide training and feedback
Partner with onshore and offshore teams to align messaging, data integrity and reporting timelines
Support ad ‑ hoc strategic projects and operational improvement initiatives across the fund
Maintain a strong focus on compliance, governance and data accuracy

Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks

Mandatory Skills: Financial Planning & Analysis .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
