Position Overview

Saheli Jewellers is seeking a courteous, articulate, and customer-focused Telecaller to support customer outreach, lead generation, and engagement activities. The role plays a key part in enhancing customer relationships and driving showroom footfall through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to communicate offers, schemes, and recent jewellery collections.
- Handle inbound calls and respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, schemes, and showroom details.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule showroom visits or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Collect customer feedback and support customer retention initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of qualified communication and customer service at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduation preferred.




- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English and local language preferred.
- Pleasant voice, confident communication style, and customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
