Job Description • Ability to Develop departmental budget in coordination with departments to ensure efficient utilization of resources • Monitor departmental budget adherence and take corrective action if required • Ability to new HPDC insert, Moldinserts cavitation and spare manufacturing. • Ability to take optimum utilization of the resources and machines in Tool Room. • Ability to handle ECN Activities. • Ability to handle Design Activities. • Ability to produce Current Tools and inserts well on time for productionzation. • Abililty to Prepare & Present monthly and Yearly MIS. • to Ensure mould performance is as per defined standards when in production and take corrective action if required • Maintain spare moulds as per requirements and ensure critical spare parts inventory is maintained • Monitor production logs on mould related defects; ensure corrective action when moulds are planned for maintenance.



• Plan manpower requirements for the tool room as per workload and maintenance schedule • Ensure documentation of TS-16949 / ISO-14001 and D.O.L • Initiate kaizen projects as per need to improve departmental functioning and bring in efficiencies • Ensure employee grievance are handled with sensitivity and resolved as per defined standards • Ensure deployment of 5s and safety in the tool room to promote safe working workplace • Ensure preparation of MIS report as per requirements • Ensure development of subordinates in the essential skills required to perform the job • Monitor subordinate performance and provide constructive feedback regularly to direct reporting subordinates and ensure their development

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
