Job Overview
We are hiring Continental Chef and Bakery Chef for a leading QSR outlet in Park Street, Kolkata. The candidates should have hands-on experience in their respective domains and be passionate about food preparation and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Continental Chef
- Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes
- Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Assist in kitchen operations and stock management
Bakery Chef
- Prepare bakery items like cakes, pastries, breads, etc.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage baking schedules and ingredient usage
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in respective field
- Minimum 12th pass
- Must have valid documents / proper work papers
