Job Description – Operator (SMT Line)

Educational Qualification

- Essential: Diploma / Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience

- Essential: Minimum 1–5 years of hands-on experience in operating SMT Line (PCB Assembly) machines.
- Desirable: Knowledge of ISO: 9001:2015 standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate SMT Line machines for PCB assembly with strict adherence to SOPs.
- Implement SOPs for machine setup, component placement, soldering, inspection, and reflow processes.
- Handle SMT materials including solder paste, flux,



stencils, reels, and PCBs.
- Ensure PCB operating knowledge is applied in daily production tasks.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with technical staff for process improvements and productivity enhancement.
