Hiring: Design Manager – Solar EPC

Location: Pune (Head Office)

Experience: 6–7 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review engineering designs for utility-scale solar PV projects.

- Develop SLDs, plant layouts, cable routing, BOQs, and engineering drawings.

- Perform PV system design, energy yield analysis, equipment sizing, and design optimization.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Planning, and QA/QC teams.

- Review vendor drawings, technical documents, and ensure compliance with project standards.

- Provide engineering support during tendering, execution, and commissioning.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helios 3D, ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.





- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, substations, SCADA, and grid connectivity.

- Robust analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in designing utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹830,000.00 per month
