Ltd. is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the PCD Pharma Franchise

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online portals.
- Develop and manage clients for PCD Pharma Franchise business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales reports.




- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in handling clients over phone and email.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word,

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Pharma Sales, PCD Pharma, Business Development, Tele Sales, B2B Sales

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
