3. Job Purpose

The Sales Executive Intern is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new lead opportunities and converting them into active clients. This role exists to expand Hyrefast market reach and ensure a steady pipeline of revenue through proactive outreach and relationship management.

4. Job Duties

- Identify and research potential B2B and B2C clients to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Execute outbound outreach via cold calling, emailing, and professional networking platforms.

- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points.

- Present Hyrefast service offerings and value propositions to prospective customers.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately captured.

- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the tracking system.

- Follow up with dormant leads to re-engage interest in company services.

- Attend networking events and industry meetups to represent the brand in Hyderabad.

- Analyze competitor pricing and strategies to refine the company's sales approach.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

5. Education





- **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- **Preferred:** MBA or specialized certification in Professional Selling or Digital Marketing.
