Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible to plan and to carry out the quality of the product by testing the samples

and To Estimating or evaluating the chemical composition in the product before and after processing

Principal Accountabilities

 Sampling and chemical testing of incoming Raw Chilled Milk, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished

Goods, Incoming raw material, outgoing SFG and release of product (FG/SFG) for packing/ further

processing through SAP/Record

 Collection of sample from the store for packaging material and chemicals and release as per

specification

 Online monitoring of date code printing, weight checking, sealing, and other quality parameters and

communicating to production in case of deviation

 Monitoring tank position of raw milk processed milk ghee and AMF tank and Reporting to QA

officer and technical officer in case of deviation

 Preparation of reagents for chemical testing and Properly arrange and marking of chemicals with all

information

 Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment

 To minimize the number of testing errors through reviewing outputs and ensure GLP is maintained.

 Calibration of the instrument and appropriate glass wares





 Minimize the wastage of Reagents and chemicals by proper utilizing

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 Educational qualifications: B. Sc or M. Sc (Chemistry), 6 months - 1 year of experience, also

freshers are encouraged.

Knowledge:

 Knowledge of chemical & Microbiological analysis of dairy products with a different method

 Knowledge of laboratory tests used in chemical lab

 Knowledge or a mild exposure of production process

 Knowledge of equipment handling.

Skills:

 Written and communication skills

 Computer proficiency to maintain records and reports

Additional requirement:

 Ability to read and speak the local language.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
