Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic ITI Electronics candidate to join our R&D; team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about electronics, LED technology, testing, and product development. The selected candidate will assist engineers in developing, assembling, testing, and improving lighting products from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and test LED driver PCBs, lighting fixtures, and electronic prototypes.
- Perform soldering, desoldering, wiring, and PCB rework.
- Assist in troubleshooting electronic circuits and identifying component failures.
- Support testing of LED drivers, SMPS, dimmers, sensors, and lighting control systems.
- Record test results and maintain R&D; documentation.
- Assist in prototype fabrication and product validation.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment such as:
- Digital Multimeter
- Oscilloscope
- DC Power Supply
- Lux Meter
- LCR Meter
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during product trials.




- Maintain R&D; inventory of electronic components and tools.
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards in the laboratory.

Required Qualifications

- ITI in Electronics, Electronics Mechanic, or equivalent.
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, or manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly.
- Ability to read basic circuit diagrams.
- Good soldering and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word).

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of LED drivers and lighting electronics.
- Familiarity with testing instruments.
- Understanding of SMPS and power electronics.
- Exposure to quality testing procedures.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
