At Roots, you'll speak with founders, CXOs, manufacturers, startups, and business owners across India. Your mission is simple:

Start conversations. Book consultation calls. Create opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Cold call business owners every day.
- Reach out through LinkedIn, emails & WhatsApp.
- Book 5–10 qualified consultation calls every week.
- Follow up until prospects either say Yes or No.
- Keep the CRM updated.
- Learn real B2B sales, negotiation and business development.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need experience.

You need:

- Confidence to talk to strangers.
- Valuable English & Hindi communication.
- Thick skin (rejection won't break you).
- Curiosity to learn.
- Hunger to earn.
- Consistency over excuses.

If you're the person who always ends up talking to people first, you'll fit right in.

Bonus Points If You

- Have used LinkedIn before.
- Love networking.
- Have done internships, freelancing or college club activities.




- Believe sales is a life skill.

Location

Remote for the first 6 months.

Based on your performance and mutual fit, you'll have the opportunity to join our Bengaluru office full-time and grow with the team.
