Product Development & Merchandising

- Coordinate with the design team during collection development and sampling stages.
- Manage product development timelines from concept to bulk production.
- Ensure smooth execution of seasonal and ongoing product launches.
- Measurement of Technical specification of garment sheet.
- Track sample approvals, fit comments, and design modifications.

Vendor & Supplier Management

- Identify, onboard, and manage fabric, trim, embroidery, dyeing, printing, and garment manufacturing vendors.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, pricing competitiveness, and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with company standards.

Costing & Procurement

- Prepare detailed product cost sheets and costing analyses.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per design requirements and budget targets.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising product quality.
- Monitor raw material consumption and procurement planning.

Production Coordination

- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Track production status and proactively address delays or bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely placement and follow-up of purchase orders.
- Monitor order execution from development to shipment readiness.





Quality & Delivery Management

- Coordinate quality checks during sampling and production stages.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and dispatch schedules.
- Resolve quality and production-related issues efficiently.

Inventory & Planning

- Work closely with planning and inventory teams for material availability.
- Monitor fabric and trim inventory requirements.
- Support demand planning and replenishment activities.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain merchandising records, costing sheets, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
- Prepare regular status reports on development, production, and delivery schedules.
- Generate merchandising MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
