- Experience : 2 to 5 years experience handling similar profile

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting systems installed as N-Tech Automation customers
- Excellent computer hardware and networking diagnosis skill
- Should be able to identify different problems at client place and able provide correct solutions within minimal time
- Must be aware of computer hardware and networking concepts
- Should be aware of current trends going in computer hardware and other related products
- Should be open to travel to support customer
- Must have maturity to handle different client temperament
- Open Minded
