We are a growing online retail business looking for a smart, proactive and creative individual to manage online sales operations and in-house marketing activities.

*Private office workspace will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone who understands online customers, enjoys digital marketing, and can help grow an e-commerce brand.

*Key Responsibilities

Online Sales & Operations:

- Manage online orders and customer enquiries
- Handle WhatsApp, Instagram and website queries
- Process billing, order tracking and coordination with delivery partners
- Maintain product listings and update stock
- Ensure smooth order fulfilment

In-House Marketing:

- Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, reels and promotional content
- Plan online campaigns to increase sales
- Develop offers and discount strategies
- Monitor performance and suggest growth ideas

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
