About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust Excel skills and be capable of preparing accurate reports, analyzing business data, and supporting management with timely insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Analyze sales, registration, collection, and financial data.
- Create dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain and update company databases with accuracy.
- Generate reports for management decision-making.
- Track sales performance, targets, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Administration departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform administrative reporting and data management tasks.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF Functions, Charts,



Dashboards)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MIS Reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or Administration.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
