Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our podcast/crypto onboarding team. Your primary role is to call potential leads, guide them through the Account opening process under our firm’s name, or listen to their story and invite the person as guest in our podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call leads provided by the company and guide them
- Evaluate the trading journey and Invite interested candidates to podcast
- Build rapport and convince users to complete their crypto account opening
- Follow up via phone/WhatsApp until desired task is completed
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and conversions
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and professionalism at all times

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

- Hindi (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
