Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative designs for social media posts, campaigns, websites, ads, and marketing collateral.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content including reels, ads, explainer videos, and promotional films.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into impactful visual stories.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and print creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest design & video trends, tools, and techniques.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and editors in the team.
- Deliver creative outputs within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with clients (if required).




- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in motion graphics, animations, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of video production, lighting, and sound will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage projects independently and lead a creative team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
