HR Team

Position :Vice president,Senior HR Executive,Junior HR Executive,HR IT Recruiters.

As a Technical Recruiter you will perform full cycle recruiting from talent sourcing, interviewing and placing the candidates into current positions at our internal and clients.

- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other industry leading recruiting tools and Job
- boards, to find and attract the very best IT candidates.
- Thoroughly screen candidates to ensure that their qualifications meet job requirements.
- Work with recruiting lead/manager to fill contract, temp to hire, and direct hire IT positions with
- Contribute to streamlining the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
- interviewing, reference checking and closing the deal.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire.
- Utilise applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems to track and monitor
- progress and activity.
- Strong sourcing skills (utilising Boolean search logic and online job boards, networking, research)
- Strong oral and written communication
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
