Job Summary

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting

Perform monthly financial reporting , including P&L;, cost analysis, and variance tracking
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
Analyze financial data trends to identify risks and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with business teams for cost control and financial governance

2. Power BI Dashboarding & Data Visualization

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
Create data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns
Automate recurring financial reports using Power BI and Power Query
Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making

3. Data Management & Integration

Extract and transform data from multiple sources (ERP systems, Excel, SQL databases)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting datasets
Maintain structured data pipelines for financial reporting

4. Business Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand reporting requirements
Translate business needs into analytical solutions and dashboards
Provide insights for cost optimization, revenue improvement, and performance tracking

5. Governance & Compliance

Ensure reporting aligns with internal financial controls and audit requirements
Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and logic used
Support audit and compliance reviews with data-backed insights




Key Responsibilities
1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution , minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.
Skill Requirements

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Power BI (Dashboarding, DAX, Power Query)
Valuable understanding of Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Any Finance system) is preferred

Finance Skills

Understanding of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Knowledge of cost allocation and financial performance metrics
