JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing materials under the direction of the Manager or Team Lead, ensuring the highest standard for brand compliance and alignment with strategic initiatives. These may include: brochures, images, video editing, logos, proposals, email templates, etc. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand compliance, and contributing to the overall creative direction of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Create visually engaging marketing materials that align with the company brand identity and strategic initiatives, including brochures, product data sheets, sales sheets, and more.
- Develop implementation timelines and tasks for internal projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design and produce various materials for both print and digital collateral, maintaining high quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all graphical interfaces.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Retouch and manipulate images as needed to enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.




- Support brand compliance efforts across all design projects.

KEY SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in adobe or any other similar interface.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign.
- Robust knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals.
- Experience with animation software and techniques, such as Adobe After Effects, Animate, or similar tools.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to meet project objectives.
