- Supervise daily site execution of interior fit-out works including civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the planned schedule.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively for smooth site operations.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the Project Manager.
- Monitor material requirements,



stock availability, and coordinate timely procurement.
- Verify measurements and maintain records for billing and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and statutory compliance.
- Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate project handover, snag rectification, and final completion.

Pay: ₹10,089.20 - ₹30,424.05 per month
