As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes while continuously enhancing your problem-solving skills in a quick-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To handle 24/7 Network Operations as per shift timings including weekend support.
- To take ready ownership of incidents assigned to the queue in Service Now.
- To perform Level 1 troubleshooting readily and update the tickets in timely manner
- Pass on the tickets / incident details to the next level of escalation within the SLA.
- Develop and provide trend data and analysis on various reporting within the team.




- Participate in client and service management reporting as required."

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Good knowledge and troubleshooting experience of MPLS, BGP, MP-BGP,OSPF,GRE and IP Sec tunnels, QoS,Nexus/Switching concepts
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet), VPN Technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues on large enteprise networks.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
- Working knowledge of Service Now
- Exposure to various Network Management Tools (HP, Splunk etc)."
