- Experience in ISO systems, audits, and compliance activities preferred

Job Summary

Responsible for implementation and maintenance of management systems including ISO, EMS, OHSMS, legal compliance, documentation control, internal audits, CAPA tracking, and continuous improvement activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation and maintenance of ISO/QMS/EMS/OHSMS systems
- Preparation and control of WI, SI, SOPs, formats, and system documents
- Monitoring statutory and legal compliance requirements
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits
- Preparation and follow-up of CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
- Organize and support Management Review Meetings (MRM)
- Promote and implement 5S activities across departments




- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain records, reports, and audit documentation
- Coordinate with departments for system compliance and process improvements
- Basic monitoring of social compliance requirements
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations using MS Office tools

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, EMS, and OHSMS
- Knowledge of Internal Audit process and documentation
- Understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications

- Internal Auditor Certification – ISO 9001
- Basic knowledge/certification in EMS & OHSMS
- Knowledge of Social Compliance standards preferred

Salary

As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
