Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Sinhgad Road, Pune

Age Preference: 25–35 Years

Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for customer inquiries and order processing.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely order execution.
- Communicate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery of products.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order status in ERP/Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding invoices and outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and customer communications.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate visits for the sales team when required.

Required Skills





- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role in a manufacturing company.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply (optional).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP software (SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales documentation, GST invoices, and dispatch processes.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role in a manufacturing company.
