Overview:

We are seeking a Python & AI/ML Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs, and a passion for building real-world AI applications. You will design, develop, and refine machine learning models and algorithms that enhance our products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train, validate, and test models.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and improve existing ML and deep learning models.
- Create technical designs for AI/ML/NLP/NLU/NLG projects and drive implementation in production.
- Collaborate with product teams, analysts, and developers to integrate ML models into applications.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, deep learning, and LLMs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in AI/ML practices and tools.

Requirements





- 5–8 years of proven experience in AI/ML development with Python.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred – SageMaker, Aurora, MongoDB, Analytics).
- Familiarity with data science tools (Python, R; knowledge of Java/C is a plus).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud solutions (AWS/GCP).
- Ability to produce robust, scalable, and production-ready ML solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership ability to train and build a team of AI/ML developers.

Desirable Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Python, AI/ML, or LLMs.
