Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Hindi communication skills, be confident in interacting with customers over the phone, and be capable of generating and following up on leads while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Explain the company's services and answer customer queries professionally.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports.





Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic English & Tamil communication is preferred.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain records using MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
