We work as a complete marketing partner by combining content creation, paid advertising, websites, SEO, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about data-driven marketing and can help scale restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Work on Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, and MakeMyTrip for hospitality clients.
- Improve hotel and restaurant listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and visibility.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Build remarketing and customer acquisition funnels.
- Work with the content and design teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Preferred Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, or other OTA platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or travel marketing is a bonus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
