District 6 Pub Brewery & Kitchen is a premium hospitality destination known for exceptional food, craft beverages, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations.

Job Summary

The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting function, ensuring statutory compliance, managing financial reporting, controlling costs, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or brewery industry. Similar hospitality finance roles typically emphasize financial reporting, compliance, cash controls, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Control operational costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support payroll accounting and monthly salary reconciliation.
- Work closely with Operations and HR departments for financial planning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, brewery, or F&B; industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and labour-related financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, or ERP software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
