- College Graduate or undergraduate, from collection background should have minimum of 1 year experience and Non- Collection background should have minimum of 2 year experience
- Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
- Knowledge of basic computer operation
- Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis
- Valuable listening and responding skills
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
- Should be target oriented and have great interpersonal skills
- Should not be pursuing any regular course/Educational program which may conflict with the work timing
- Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage
