We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support our online business operations across various marketplaces. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
- Update product information, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
- Handle order tracking, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Assist in running promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for product creatives.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and company standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
