- Greet walk-in clients and guide them through the showroom collection with tailored product recommendations
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and HNI buyers to drive repeat business
- Prepare quotes, coordinate deliveries, and close orders end-to-end
- Maintain showroom presentation to brand standards at all times
- Log client interactions in the CRM and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet monthly revenue targets with an uncapped incentive on sales
- Respond to inbound leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and website within 30 minutes
- Call warm leads to understand their project needs and qualify budget and timeline
- Communicate the brand clearly and convert prospects into showroom visits or consultations
- Follow up consistently with leads at every stage and maintain zero drop-offs
- Keep CRM updated with accurate call notes, stages, and next actions daily
- Earn incentives per qualified showroom visit booked and per closed sale

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
