- Coordinate the deployment of home nurses according to patient care requirements and location.
- Monitor daily attendance, duty schedules, and shift allocations of nursing staff.
- Conduct patient and family follow-up calls to ensure quality nursing care and satisfaction.
- Visit patients' homes periodically to assess service quality and resolve concerns.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and discharge teams for smooth patient admissions and transitions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports, and staff documentation.
- Recruit, orient, train, and supervise home nursing staff to maintain clinical standards.
- Handle emergency staffing requirements and ensure uninterrupted patient care services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, infection control protocols,



and ethical nursing practices.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports, resolve complaints promptly, and support business development activities.

Pay: ₹24,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
