Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Admission Executive / Student Counsellor to support student acquisition and admission processes across multiple centers. This role involves field visits, student interaction, and counselling to drive enrollments and achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit and coordinate with multiple centers across Kolkata and North Kolkata
- Engage with prospective students, walk-ins, and faculty members
- Provide counselling to students regarding courses, career options, and enrollment process
- Generate leads and convert them into successful admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates
- Support and execute admission-related activities and campaigns
- Ensure achievement of assigned admission targets

Requirements:





- Fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel across multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in education, training, or EdTech industry
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
