We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day Employee Transportation Services for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational coordination skills, vendor management experience, excellent communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage fleet vendors, drivers, and transportation partners to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor trip execution, vehicle availability, and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs.
- Handle client escalations and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted transportation services.
- Monitor vehicle documentation, statutory compliance, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and client guidelines.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
