Role Summary

As a Reservations - Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling individual booking requests, updating reservation systems, and ensuring smooth guest communication. This role plays a key part in maintaining booking accuracy, maximizing occupancy, and delivering excellent pre-arrival service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, OTA, and other booking channels.
- Accurately enter and update reservations in the PMS/CRS.
- Confirm guest details, booking conditions, and special requirements.
- Assist in monitoring room availability and rates as per instructions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for group bookings and special arrangements.
- Process cancellations, amendments, and no-shows as per hotel policies.
- Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Support in preparing daily reports related to reservations and occupancy.




- Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 0–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service (freshers with hospitality internships may apply).
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, etc.) preferred.
- Robust communication skills (verbal & written).
- Good organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
