We are looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer with proven experience in designing women's formal and occasion wear for international markets. You will work directly with our Managing Director to design elegant, trend-driven collections for a leading U.S.-based online fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Managing Director to create original dress collections.

Design elegant, fashion-forward dresses inspired by global runway trends and the U.S. fashion market.

Create fashion illustrations, technical sketches (flats), and production-ready tech packs.

Select fabrics, colors, embellishments, trims, lace, beading, sequins, and other design elements.

Research international fashion trends, seasonal collections, and luxury occasion wear.

Ensure designs are both aesthetically appealing and commercially successful.

Revise concepts based on feedback and prepare designs for production.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in women's fashion design.





Strong experience designing formal wear, bridal-inspired fashion, evening wear, or occasion dresses.

Excellent knowledge of silhouettes, draping, garment construction, fabrics, and fit.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar fashion design software.

Experience creating technical sketches and tech packs.

Robust understanding of current U.S. and international fashion trends.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Preferred

Experience designing for international fashion brands or eCommerce retailers.

Experience with bridal couture, luxury evening wear, pageant dresses, or celebrity-inspired collections.

Knowledge of embroidery, beadwork, lace detailing, sequins, corsetry, and premium fabrics.

Experience working with overseas manufacturers or garment production teams is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
