Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting EyeMantra Hospital’s eye care services to healthcare professionals and potential patients. This role involves building relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, and hospitals to expand the hospital’s reach and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promotion & Sales:
- Promote EyeMantra Hospital’s eye care services, treatments, and products to healthcare professionals and potential patients.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare providers.

- Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, and hospitals in the designated area.
- Engage in regular field visits to ensure continuous engagement and support.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify current business opportunities.
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to improve marketing strategies.

- Compliance & Reporting:

- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and field visits.




- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Submit reports on sales performance and territory updates.

Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or field marketing, preferably in ophthalmology or eye care services.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
