JOB DISCRIPTION:

Job Title: Executive- Tender

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Vaishali/Bagru, Jaipur

Office Time: 9:00 to 05:30 PM

Skills Needed:

1. Strong knowledge of tendering process (Govt & Private sector)

2. Excellent communication and documentation skills

3. Basic understanding of commercial terms (like EMD, BG, taxes, pricing)

IT literacy:

- Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software, Google drive and e-tender portal.

Job Responsibility:

1. To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, Electricity boards and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission

2. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.

3. To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments.

4.



To assist commercial department in cultivating good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers.

5. To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;

6. To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.
