Experience:

- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or related roles.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum-based software delivery environments is mandatory.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certifications will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale web application or digital transformation projects preferred.

Requirements:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects from requirement gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment, and final release.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation strategies aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks, user stories, sprint plans, and actionable execution roadmaps.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, and resource utilization while implementing effective mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and release planning sessions.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards, UAT sign-offs, release readiness, and successful production deployments.
- Communicate project updates, progress reports, delivery metrics, and risks proactively to internal and external stakeholders.




- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, reports, sprint metrics, risk logs, and delivery dashboards.
- Ensure alignment of project execution with Agile best practices, engineering processes, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to support solution planning, technical estimations, and delivery feasibility assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project execution efficiency, Agile maturity, and delivery predictability.
- Support release management, CI/CD coordination, deployment planning, and production readiness activities.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise collaboration tools.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of web application architecture including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Experience working with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with backend technologies including Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment workflows.
- Strong project planning, execution, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and concurrent delivery tracks effectively.
- Leadership mindset with robust ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
