Job Description & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations across multiple branches

- Oversee administration, compliance, and regulatory requirements

- Handle correspondence with customers and principals (MNCs)

- Ensure smooth inventory, dispatch, and supply chain management

- Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements

- Lead and guide branch teams for operational efficiency

- Prepare and review MIS reports and performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (preferred)

- 10–15 years or more experience in pharmaceutical operations, distribution & administration

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, and distribution





- Experience in loan license manufacturing and multi-branch management

- Good understanding of regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, documentation)

- Ability to handle customer & principal (MNC) correspondence effectively

- Proven leadership skills to manage cross-location teams

- Solid administration and process management capabilities

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management

- Proficiency in MIS reporting, Excel, and ERP systems

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making ability
