Role overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring ideas to life and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

– Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js/Express.js (back-end).
– Implement clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
– Build and integrate RESTful APIs and manage data between front-end and back-end systems.
– Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for data storage and management.
–Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA testers.
– Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues,



and ensure high-quality code delivery.
– Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve processes and product performance.

Requirements

– A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or in a similar discipline.
– Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
– Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
– Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
– Knowledge of database systems (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
– Comfort with agile development techniques and version control systems, such as Git.
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
– The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team setting.
– The capacity to pick up new ideas fast and adjust to evolving technological environments.
