Job Description:

- Network configuration, management and troubleshooting network infrastructure including Cisco routers and switches, Juniper- Junos expertise, WAN optimization-Cisco WAAS and ARRAY.
- Network L1 escalation support for WAN, Datacenters
- WAN Monitoring services & support - monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues with the WAN links and devices - for isolations and link down calls, slowness issues, latency issues, up-gradations, and unreachable applications.
- Documentation skills like preparing MOM, SLA Report. Maintaining Network asset Inventory, IP Schema, Network diagrams in MS Visio.
- Hands on experience on Cisco datacenter technologies-Nexus,VPC,VDC and Cisco ACI is must
- Providing First level support as per the time window defined by bank.
- Follow-up and coordination with the respective equipment vendor / service provider for restoration of the failed device / service link / issue.




- Preparing various reports such as ‘Cumulative reports (Down call, Isolation report, daily EOD / BOD reports, etc.
- Documentation skills like preparing MOM, SLA Report. Maintaining Network asset Inventory, IP Schema, Network diagrams in MS Visio.

Skills Required:

- Managing and troubleshooting of Cisco ASR/7200/2911/3945/1941 series routers
- Positive knowledge of OSPF, BGP,EIGRP routing protocols, MPLS networks,Get VPN, WAN optimization
- Network Management - Cisco - ACI,TACACS,DCNM,LMS,WAAS

Educational Qualification:

BTech/BE/BCA/BSc (CSC , IT )/MSc or Equivalent Bachelor Degree in IT.
